Anywayz , tried my hand at making some instant porridge just now . Boy did I fail miserably . Hahaha !! Wat to do ?! No pot and no stove in my ward mah . Juz some good ol' microwaveable wares and THE microwave oven . *Sobs* Thank goodness I didn't blow up the whole damn thing . Only ended up wif some weird porridge , which I gulped down hungrily 'coz I didn't take much dinner . Now tummy's feeling a little queasy . *Gasp* Hope I dun get food poisoning or die from it . :p Imagine the headlines : "Hungry Nurse Dies After Eating Half-Cooked Porridge ." Goodness !! :D

My All-Time Favourite Hawker Fare :
Traditional Wanton Mee (without chilli) .
Crispy , fluffy Roti-Prata with curry , and milky Teh Tarik .
Economical Fried Bee Hoon (ideally to have loads of vege and 1 otak) .
Oyster Sauce Baby Bak Choy (with a generous dose of fried shallots) .
Fish & Chips (prefers battered to breaded , with loads of tartar sauce) .
Wahaha !! There U have it . My favourite hawker fare . Of course there are other food that I'll eat but usually I'll just order these dishes . Funny me . Don't like to waste my brain energy , pondering over wat to eat mah . Once I find certain types of food that I like , I'll just order them for like the rest of my wretched life ?
Haha ! Anyway , to rub it in , have U ever been to Jerry's Barbeque & Grill ? Especially the outlet located at Jalan Kayu ? *Slurp* U should try their signature Deep Fried Mushrooms . Heavenly !!! Especially if U dip those shrooms into their special creamy tartar sauce . OMG !!!! :p
