I CAN'T BELIEVE IT !!! I PASSED my driving test !!! Heee !! Finally my luck is starting to change for the better ? Muahahah !! Somebody pinch me , bite me , whatever . Tell me it's all for real , please !! I PASSED ?! YIPPEE !!! The stars , moon and sun must be smiling down on me yesterday (20/02/2006) . Thank gawd ! Thanks to all my frens ! Thanks to Allan , my instructor ! And thanks to the tester , and the circuit , and the Route 4 ... Muahaha !! I'm going mad . :D Anyway , here goes .

Parking
- Turn steering wheel whilst vehicle is stationary = 2 points X 2 = 4 points
Forward Driving
- Not enough side clearance given to other road users = 8 points

Muahaha !! That's all . 12 points = PASSED . Hehehe !! Can't stop grinning and heaving huge sighs of relief . I guess my fretting for 1 whole week was well worth it ! Ha ! I mean , in exchange for a pass , I could jolly well fret for the whole year . Haha !! What am I saying ? Juz ecstatic lah . I was pretty sure that I'll fail , 'coz of the change of vehicle just 1 week before the test and 'coz I wasn't used to the new car , I was still making 'fatal' mistakes in my last 3 lessons . Even just hours before the test , during 'warm-up' , I was still 'happily' striking kerbs , losing hope as the minutes ticked by . Even Allan was pretty worried about my despondent look and thoughts . I couldn't even be bothered anymore . I was juz speeding around the circuit and routes at unforgivable speed and not caring about side clearance to other vehicles and people ! Gosh ! When I think back , it was scary . As though I was about to lose my mind . I was also telling Allan that since my luck is so bad , I'm sure to get back the same horrid tester who failed me the last time and I'm bound to get the difficult Route 6 or 7 or 8 . But guess what ?! It was ALL the opposite . I got a very nice tester , I got back the same route as my previous test (Route 4) & I didn't strike any kerb nor kill anyone ! Muahaha !! Hee ! Anyway , I guess I was at the right place at the right time . 'Coz quite a few from my group passed . The 15 45 hrs group , on the 20th February 2006 , at Kampong Ubi Comfort Driving Centre . Congratulations to all who passed ya ?! Yippee !

To Allan - Thanks for the constant support and encouragement . Thanks for the never-dying faith U ALWAYS have in me that I'll pass . Thanks for treating me just like your own daughter . Ha ! All your little fatherly actions , from buying me biscuits and banana milk (ha !) , to fetching me from my workplace (even though it's illegal) , to all your crazy jokes , etc.. really warms my heart . So sorry to let U down the first time and I NEARLY did it again yesterday but I managed to redeem myself at the last minute . Anyway , I owe U a big treat . Will bring U out for curry one day okay ? And this is NOT the last you'll hear from me . I'll still be needing U to guide me on expressways and windy roads . Haha !! I'll see U soon . *Hugs*
To ALL my dear frens - Paige babe , Vonne , Eileen , Sushi , Kak Wati , Sammy , Cindy , Miin Yih , Rohani , Cecile , Sister A. , Yanxia & Dr. Tan , as well as many others near and far , who have given me their strong encouragement and support . Really couldn't have done it without your faith , kind words and advice . Especially to Yanxia & Dr. Tan , I think U guys really passed some 'marriage luck' to me , ah . Not tat I'll be getting married soon lah , U corrupted readers , but Chinese believe that getting married brings good luck , so by attending their solemnisation just the day before my test , I brought home some luck I guess ? Ha ! Whatever . *Muacks*

And finally , To Mr. Wong Y. F. (tester) - Thanks for giving me my pass . It was more like a training session with U rather than a test . Thanks for your patience and kind attitude and advice . Really put me more at ease . Once again , thank U , thank U , thank U . :D

Oh well , hee , that's my driving test story . Going to get some P-plates soon and paste them on my locker & wardrobe since I got no car . Hahaha !! Happy mah & trying to be funny . Off to meet Sushi later for dinner and facial . Yippee !! Can relax in peace ! :D
