Yoo hoo ! Ha ! Imagine waking at this 'unearthly' hour to blog away . Neah , not really , dozed off early just now , so now , feeling very much refreshed . Well , nothing much happened these few days . Boring at work as usual . Still stuck with the same 2 patients like for eternity . Grrrr....! Dr. H. , please , I BEG U , please give us more patients !! *sobs* Really feel like I'm getting damn flabby and stupid eversince the transfer . Thank U, bitch, for all these ..... and , I still hate U ! Well , learnt from Sam on Monday that a patient fell over the weekend . Yikes !! Sister A. is gonna flip !! *trembles in my pants* Our very first incident report . Kuakuakua ! Aiyoh , not funny . *sighz* Dunno what to say . What has happened , has happened . Hmmm.... Has or have ? English going downhill also . Anyway , just gotta be more vigilant in future . Can't let the public have more negative thoughts on missys . U should see a forum entry a couple of days back in The Straits Times . This writer was mentioning something sarcastic about missys and the silly epidural thingy during childbirth . My gosh , have some respect okay ?! We don't earn a single damn cent from the procedures or counselling we so painstakingly carry out for our patients , U know ? Ya , no doubt U pay for it but it goes to the hospital and not directly into our pockets . It's not like doctors leh , U pay them fees for consultation & surgeries , ASIDE from their fat basic salary , we missys just get a bloody pathetic basic salary with only $2 for lunch and $3 for dinner together with a meager shift allowance only ! And look at the amount of physical and mental work and stress we sometimes go through just to make our patients happy and comfortable , and in the end , this is what they think of us . WTF ?! I'm NOT , I repeat , NOT saying that missys are matyrs but we do deserve a wee bit of respect sometimes . From the public AND our fellow colleagues ESPECIALLY the lo-kuns . Bla ! Whatever ..... Anyway , all my angst aside , can anyone tell me how to deal with inconsiderate , always monkey-ing around and 'think-that-they-are-damn-funny' people , ah ? It's not funny when a job has to be done and people end up doing it for U , U know ? In that case , please know how to share the rewards and recognition when it comes and not just proclaim that whatever has been done is ALL your own bloody effort 'coz it's just untrue . I may have small eyes , but I'm NOT blind . AND ..... thank goodness , I'm NOT dumb also , so U don't fool around with me . So don't even try ...! Ha ! *warning* Well , still making mistakes at driving yesterday . Sighzzzz..... And my test is this Friday . Gonna die standing , sitting and lying down , sia . God help me ....
