Yoo hoo peeps !!

Heh ! Me still surviving . 8th week almost ending . Tat means only 4 weeks left . Yay !!! Well , boo to losing the weekend offs and 5-days work week though . Haiyah ... But I really miss my work place . Returned for a short while on Wednesday morning (25/10/2006) for my flu jab and to sort out some paperwork . Wish I didn't need to leave to go back to NSC . Haizzz ... Not tat NSC not good lah , but nothing beats 'home' mah . *Sobs* Nevermind , I'll be back (terminator style) ... soon . Ha !

Back track a little . I was supposed to tell ya about my little D&D surprise . Well , nothing much lah but for a loser like me , having such a kind and thoughtful gesture really made my day . My work place is having its 10th Anniversary D&D in December tis year . Juz found last week tat I dun need to pay a single cent for my ticket (only $35 lah) 'coz my Head of Dermatology has kindly invited some of us from the ward to join the Dermatology table . And I'm one of the 'chosen ones' by him . So nice of him to remember me . Afterall , I haven't seen him for a long time . 'Coz he was on leave before I left for the course , so it's really been quite a while . It always warms my heart when I'm being remembered . Haha !! :p Gives me this warm , fuzzy feeling . Dun like to be forgotten lah . Anywayz , as I was saying , my Derm Chief is a nice doc . And U know how small the world is sometimes ? Hah ! I was actually his PATIENT way before I started to work wif him (since last year only) . Saw him for my ugly pock face way back in 2003 (face now is still ugly , but only few pocks left) . And he's always super nice to me . Very reassuring , frenly and kind . Sometimes over frenly till I get abit scared but I tink tatz juz how he is lah . Stoopid Ranz , people good to U oso talk so much ! Haha !! Anywayz , he always wans me to follow him when he makes his rounds even though I'm not in-charge of tat patient , much to the chagrin of some other staff . Hah ! Not my fault wat . Not tat I throw myself at him rite ? Pah ! And he always teaches me stuff about his patients . Even HE was the one who recommended tat I go for this Dermatology Nursing Course . If not , dun tink we'll ever know this course actually existed . So I muz really study hard , do well , repay his and Sister A.'s kindness . Sometimes it's juz fated how U click & work well wif some people . Unlike some millions-in-her-bank bitch ! Bah !! Will NEVER and can NEVER get along wif such cuckoos who think so highly of themselves . C'mon lah ! U still breathe O2 and eat and shit like all Earthlings rite ? Haha !! So wat U're some big shots . Kiss my ass ! Poof !

Talking about studying , guess wat ? Got my DNC exam results today . Heh ! 1st to get it so far . Much to the anxiety of the others . Wahaha ! Oso dunno why lucky me get to get the results 1st . Maybe Sister K. pitied my sleepless , lifeless peepers , so she kindly lemme know my results 1st , so tat I can get a good night's rest tonite ? Haha !! My guess only lah . Dun kill me !! Anyway , didn't do as badly as I tot I wud . But could have done MUCH better though . Well , save tat for the next exam the week after next . Anywayz , in case U're wondering , I got 14/20 for the MCQs (bad bad bad !!) & 66/80 for the essay questions (Q1=18/20 , Q2=14/20 , Q3=18/20 , Q4=16/20) . Grand total of 80/100 ? Aiyah , dunno how they gonna tabulate the damn ting lah . Make us stress only . Bah ! Well , wish tat I could have gotten above 90 , but I shud be thankful tat I passed . Haiyahh ! Gotta hit the books again soon . :(

Hee ! Went for a field trip tis afternoon to SiLRA Home . It was such an eye-opener for us . Quite sad to see wat the residents have been thru' due to their condition . But it's a consolation tat they're well taken care of in this home . Really peaceful and pleasant . Really pray that they dun get any more pain or sufferings after all they've been thru' . But she has joined us for alot of lectures and stuff so she's pretty much like one of us liaoz . Come come , the more the merrier . Sister K. is 6th from the left . Our 'mum' for this course .

Clowning around in the handicrafts room . Got lotsa good stuff there to purchase . Hee ! Eagle-eyed me managed to snag a new creation at a pretty decent price . Heh ! My eyes may be small , but they're sharp too . :p Anyway , these colourful hats are handmade and comfy . But I didn't get 1 'coz I can't stuff my big , fat coconut into any of it . *Sobs* Juz pose wif it is good enuf loh . Wahaha !! Some of us looked like we just walked off the set of Brokeback Mountain , while some looked like Mary Poppins AND some , looked like if U gave them a changkul (spade ?) , they're ready to start digging the soil for U . Wahaha !! *Coughs*

Hmmm , another long update ya ? *Yawns* Gotta go pack my bag and get ready to bathe and sleep liao . Another field trip tomolo . Hope it'll be as fun as today . Hope to post more pics also . Heh . And yippee !! Meeting Vonne & my dear Allan tomolo . Missed Allan so much !! Muz give him a hug when I see him . Ha ! Perverts ! Allan is my drving instructor cum Godpa (according to Vonne & Allan himself) lah . Will be going for a spin after I'm done wif the field trip . Hope we end on time . Yelps ! *Yawns yawns* Wokays lah , more another time k ? Small eyes getting smaller already ...
