Well , technically exactly 40 more days to go , before I return to my beloved workplace .

Really miss my hospital alot . Its comfy , clean and new surroundings ... . I AM blessed to work there sia , apart from the occasional hiccups with the management lah . Well , I shouldn't complain anymore . And I'll try not to . Especially after I've experienced the harsh reality of nastiness and 'poverty' faced by the nurses from other institutions , I really should be thankful that I'm not one of them . OMG ! Issit too late to realise tat and make amends ? Hope not . :p

Anyway , here are some photo updates . Nothing spectacular though :

I can't remember the date tis event took place . But it's the equivalent to the Service Quality Convention at MY workplace , where awards are presented to good service providers . NSC has it every 3 months . Cool ! And the best ting is tat we get free lunch on tat day . Comes in the form of a cute bento set . Haha !! One thing I've definitely gained from my stint in NSC = WEIGHT . *Sobs* They're always stuffing us wif good food . :D

Last day of study block (22/09/2006) - Tis is the conference room which we have our medical lectures wif the final year medical students . Cool huh ? Well , goodluck for your exams & MBBS and see you guys next year as House Officers ya ? Though some of them behaved like jerks , looking down on us missys , I still hope they pass their exams lah . The most I wun help them take blood or do ECG when they wishfully wish I would . Dream on U know ?! Neah neah neah neah neah !! :p Anyway , gotta add tat tis final medical lecture was given by a super cool , young & pretty female Consultant . And the topic was on Sexually Transmitted Infections somemore . Not a single sign of embarrassment from her . Super cool !! All women shud be like tat . Wish I was , at least . :(

Also on 22/09/2006 - A mini advanced birthday celebration for one of the DNC participants , Irma . She's from Brunei and is super fun and sporting . Quite a pleasant surprise tat NSC bothered to come up wif tis . But I guess it's 'coz Irma's from overseas lah , trying to make her feel at home or something . Quite sad 'coz all NSC's own nurses get is a ... tada ... box of chocolates on their birthdays . Wahaha !! Hypocrisy right before your very eyes ? Duh !

29/09/2006 - On our long walk from NSC to CDC . Wahaha !! Tatz sun-faced me again , wif Siew Hui (NUH) & Irma (Brunei) . And me again , wif Irma (Brunei) & Agnes (NSC) . Dey , tatz the best I can do lah . Very hard to walk and take picture U know ? Tatz why can't get all 4 of us in 1 pic lah . But it was fun and funny right ? Had all of them in stitches wif my balancing act . The motorists muz be tinking what these 4 drunkard nurses are doing . Wahaha !! Bah to them . Concentrate on your driving lah ! Wait knock down innocent animals again !

29/09/2006 - 4 of us wif Siew Hui's case study . Erm , not our idea lah . I repeat ... NOT our idea !! Duh !! Wat can I say ? Some people juz have the weirdest suggestions and ideas . But lucky patient was cool about it . Thanks aunty !! :D
Patient's face was edited to ensure confidentiality lah . Ya ya !! I know . My artwork sucks bigtime . I got an E8 for Art remember ? Pffff ..!

Wokays ... Gotta get on wif my case study . Hope to submit it in the next couple of days so that I can concentrate on studying for the mid-course exam . Bah bah bah !!! Hate to study . :( Rather , hate exams ! Till then ...
