Heh ! Lazing around like some hibernating bear for the whole of today (18/06/2006) . Well , it's Father's Day today . Happy Father's Day , Dad !! :D Well , mum & dad enjoying themselves (I suppose) in their favourite destination , Genting Highlands . Again ? Yep ! I guess it's most middle-agers' favourite destination lah . Honestly . Hahaha ! Well , don't worry , my parents are not some hardcore gamblers , but just some retirees-to-be , who've found THEIR place to chill out . Wahaha !! I'll be going there as well , during my annual leave , coming July . Juz need to get out of Singapore for awhile . Need a break !
Dinner with the gang last night (17/06/2006) was fun , as usual . 'Coz Fah was there filling our hungry tummies with air . Ha ! And not that Maz needs anymore of that . ;D Anywayz , the food was good , the company was good , and the chocolate fountain was GREAT !!! Wahahaha !! The melted choc , OMG , heavenly . Oh well , but sadly , I was too tired to take any pics . I'm so sorry Rohani . :p So so sorry . Told U to come mah . U'd have enjoyed yourself oso . Anywayz , can't believe that I didn't take ANY pics . My digital cam was there , my phone was there , but yet I didn't take ANY pics at all . For once , Ranz without pics ?! Can tell how damn tired I was and how distracting Fah is , ya ? Hahaha !! Sorry lah , next time folks . Wud be quite a while 'coz Maz will be delivering in 1-2 weeks . So the whole gang will probably be unable to meet up in full force anytime soon . Ha ! Looking forward to our next chow time already . Really miss working wif them . Juz them . Finally managed to snap some pics of her while I was feeding her just now (18/06/2006) . Cute rite ? She's the scaredy cat I've adopted downstairs , below my block . Looks like a penguin hor ? *Haizz* Love cats dearly . Can never get enough of them . Cute balls of fur that comes in different colours and shapes and sizes . Love them especially if they're roly-poly . Ha ! :D Juz because I'm 1 fatty myself , I guess . Anyway , Blackie has never allowed us (my family , or rather , any human) to touch her . Human-phobic I think . But this gal has a phobia for EVERYTHING . Birds , other cats , cars , dogs , everything except anything edible . Poor gal . But she's damn cute , I tell U . She has already warmed up to my family over the years we've been feeding her but she still refuses to let us pat her at all . Truely a blessing that mum cleverly managed to cage her up 1 day , few years back , to send her for sterilisation . At least now she can lead a more carefree life , without having to worry & fending for her kittens like she had to do once upon a time . Please , to everyone out there , be merciful , sterilise your pets .

Love these cheapo ice-creams . Not so rich and creamy that leaves me feeling all jelat and wif an icky coat on my tongue . Gimme ice-cream uncle's ice-creams anytime . All that at only $1 each . Bot a few and stored them in the freezer . They gonna be my emergency rations for the next few days in case I get hungry . Ha ! 'Coz my meals supplier (mum & dad) not around mah . :p Lazy to cook oso . Hehehe .

Ahhh .., my well deserved short break at the beginning of the roster . Gonna juz laze around again . Hehehe . Lazy me . Maybe do my hair , do my nails as usual . But especially looking forward to an 'orgy' massage session wif some of my ward staff on Wednesday (21/06/2006) . Ah hahaha !! U perverts !! I said orgy 'coz there's so many of us going lah . Different rooms and different masseuse okay !!! Haha ! Gotcha ! Juz hope that everyone will enjoy themselves and be totally relaxed before the silly JCIA Summer Practicum thingy . Pffft ...! Shall not bother to elaborate much on it , juz that it's another one of those stressful audits my workplace simply adores . Duh ! at the expense & sanity of its staff . 'Nuff said .
Hee ! Haven't been blogging much lately . Hit by the l-a-z-y bug lah . Hehehe ! ;p Juz feel so sluggish , not willing to do anything , as always . Ha ! Sometimes I really wonder why I even bother to breathe and exist ? Since I'm such a slug , might as well juz get too lazy to take in oxygen some day , and juz let my wretched life ooze away into nothingness . Gosh ! What am I saying huh ?! Hahaha ! I seriously have no idea . The usual night shift syndrome lah . Mumbling gibberish as usual , due to the lack of sleep .
Wahaha !! I really get super duper cranky when I'm on night shifts . Poor poor friends and family . Heh ! Like my mum just 'kana-ed' from me Thursday afternoon (15/06/2006) . Had to irritate somebody mah , 'coz I was irritated that I couldn't get enough sleep . Know what I did ? I hid her mop stick ! Wahaha !! She was mopping her room and when she turned her back to wash the mop head , I promptly shifted the stick away from where she left it . Hee hee ! *Evil grin* It was hilarious spying on her from my room , seeing her get all frantic , thinking where the hell she left the damn stick , only to realise what was happening after hearing stifled giggles from me . Oh well , there U have it . A 27 year-old behaving like a 7 year-old . Heh ! I guess everyone has their mischievous streak at some point or another . Or issit juz me ?? :p
Let me share with U some stuff I learnt during my recent "Self Enhancement Through Better Relationship & Stress Management" course . Well , I guess many things in life , U really gotta live and let live . No point getting all worked up over trivial issues . Yep , I know , easier said then done . Really takes great effort , I'm not saying it's an easy feat . But I guess it's never too late to start ? Lotsa issues crop up , is really due to how our mind works . It's really remarkable how the human brain functions . We think too much , and we complicate things . Oh well , if everything was that simple , there would be world peace liaoz rite ? Anyway , the trainer who conducted this course is our clinical psychologist . Funny guy . He actually brought his whole aromatherapy set , burner and all , to the class . Wif the different oils he used , I think he was pretty determined to knock us out . Hahaha . No lah , he was juz trying to make us as relaxed and stress-free as possible . To the point that I almost fell asleep . Anyway , some meaningful quotes I learnt were :

Yippee ..! 23 minutes more before my shift ends . Looking forward to dinner tonite (17/06/2006) . Will be going to Kublai Khan Mongolian BBQ at Park Mall again with the Ward 16 gang . Missed them ++ . Hopefully I'll have some pics to post again .
